Org Group appoints Kurt Schreurs to lead global recruitment
Org Group has appointed Kurt Schreurs as Chief Revenue Officer for Recruitment Solutions, a role overseeing global recruitment strategy across several of its key talent brands.
Schreurs will take responsibility for the recruitment solutions business at Org Group, which includes Morgan McKinley as well as the recently acquired Venturi and Enterprise Digital Resources. He joins the executive team and is expected to spearhead programmes aimed at commercial performance, operational excellence and expanding into new markets.
The appointment comes as Org Group seeks to accelerate its international growth, following recent acquisitions in the UK and Europe that have expanded its presence and service offerings in these regions.
Leadership and experience
With more than 25 years of international staffing experience, Schreurs has previously held senior and board-level roles across multiple geographies. His career includes a period as Chief Executive Officer at Gravitas Recruitment Group, where he led the business through acquisitions in the Netherlands and China, expansion into Germany, organisational redesign, and go-to-market changes. Prior to Gravitas, he served as an executive board member at SThree, a global STEM talent consultancy, managing a 1,200-strong team across 10 countries.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Schreurs will play a central role in advancing Org Group's recruitment offering worldwide. His focus includes aligning commercial performance with long-term organisational strategy and applying operational rigour and data-led decision making to drive results across major sectors and territories.
Comments from leadership
"Kurt's leadership in recruitment, his global mindset and his results-driven approach make him a vital addition to Org Group. As we scale our Recruitment Solutions business worldwide, Kurt's commercial acumen and strategic oversight will be key in helping clients unlock value through talent at pace and scale," Seb O'Connell, Group Chief Executive Officer, Org Group, commented.
Strategic aims
The recruitment sector remains highly competitive, and Org Group's decision to appoint a dedicated Chief Revenue Officer for Recruitment Solutions is designed to reinforce its position and enhance the ability to deliver talent-focused services to clients globally. The Group reports that its core strategy includes supporting clients through advisory, managed services, and resource solutions, delivered across its five brands.
These brands comprise Morgan McKinley, Abtran (customer solutions and business process management), Org (advisory and technology services), Venturi (technology recruitment), and Enterprise Digital Resources (enterprise software workforce solutions). The expansion and integration of its brands, following recent acquisitions, is a stated focus, with Schreurs expected to ensure operational synergy and market growth.
Schreurs' appointment is part of a broader move to leverage specialist knowledge and experience to improve commercial outcomes and cement Org Group's reputation in the talent services sector.
The Group employs approximately 3,000 staff across 19 offices in 13 countries and serves more than 5,000 clients worldwide, providing services that include contingent and permanent recruitment as well as executive search.
Schreurs will lead market expansion efforts and coordinate strategy to strengthen Org Group's brands in established and emerging markets. The company highlights the importance of data and operational discipline in supporting scalable and sustainable recruitment operations on a global level.
Org Group states that through its varied service lines—including advisory, managed business functions, and recruitment—it intends to support client growth strategies and organisational transformation efforts.
