Sprinklr has made its Voice of the Customer Agent Suite available in the Gemini Enterprise Agent Marketplace, giving Gemini Enterprise users access to its customer feedback analysis tools within existing workflows.

The suite is available through Agent-to-Agent integration and is aimed at organisations that want to analyse customer comments gathered from surveys, reviews, social media, support cases and news coverage.

Sprinklr says the product is designed to help users turn customer feedback into answers, recommendations and business decisions using specialised artificial intelligence agents linked to enterprise data.

Rather than a general assistant model, the offering is organised around defined use cases. These include brand health monitoring, crisis monitoring, competitive benchmarking, trend forecasting, influencer and content strategy, campaign performance, customer experience analysis and broader listening tasks.

The announcement reflects a broader push by software providers to position AI agents for specific business functions, particularly where companies already hold large volumes of unstructured customer data but struggle to draw timely conclusions from it.

Jim Davies, Co-Founder and Executive Partner at Actionary, commented on the trend.

"The real promise of agentic AI lies in its ability to replicate expert workflows, not simply generate content. By bringing together customer feedback from multiple channels and applying analyst-like reasoning to uncover what matters, specialized AI agents can help organizations move faster and make more confident decisions," said Jim Davies, Co-Founder and Executive Partner at Actionary.

Use cases

Among the functions outlined by Sprinklr, brand health monitoring is intended to track brand performance, sentiment drivers and suggested responses. Crisis monitoring focuses on identifying emerging issues, assessing how widely they are spreading and highlighting the people or accounts amplifying them.

Competitive benchmarking is intended to compare brands against rivals across share of voice, sentiment and engagement. Trend forecasting is designed to identify emerging conversations and estimate future momentum, while customer experience analysis focuses on recurring pain points and themes of praise across feedback channels.

Existing customers will be able to use the full agent suite through their authenticated Sprinklr environments and customer data. Access is therefore tied to an organisation's current Sprinklr implementation rather than a standalone consumer-style tool.

The marketplace listing also highlights how major software ecosystems are making room for third-party agents that can be used inside existing productivity or analytics environments. For vendors such as Sprinklr, this offers a way into customers' established workflows without requiring users to move to a separate interface for each task.

Anish Singhal, Vice President of Product Management at Sprinklr, said customer feedback remains a significant source of business information for businesses.

"Customer feedback is one of the most valuable sources of business intelligence an organization has," said Anish Singhal, Vice President of Product Management at Sprinklr. "By bringing the Sprinklr VOC Agent Suite to Google Gemini Enterprise, we're making it easier for teams to access trusted insights, uncover opportunities, and take action based on what customers are telling them."

Sprinklr says more than 1,600 enterprises use its platform, including Microsoft, P&G and Samsung, and that 59% of the Fortune 100 are among its customers.
