PushON appoints Emma Gunn & Emily Harris amid growth

Tue, 24th Mar 2026

PushON has appointed Emma Gunn and Emily Harris as it expands its Manchester team amid continued growth in its client base.

Gunn joins the eCommerce agency as Senior Account Manager in the Client Services team, while Harris takes the role of Marketing Executive in its internal marketing function. PushON now employs 50 people and works with more than 40 enterprise clients.

The hires come as demand for its services remains strong. Over the past year, the business reported 40% growth, driven by rising demand for eCommerce transformation, platform development and performance marketing.

Gunn joins from creative marketing agency Loaded Hype, where she worked with clients in recruitment, human resources and consumer brands. Her background includes strategic planning and account leadership, and in her new role she will manage client partnerships and identify opportunities within existing accounts.

She joins a client services model centred on long-term account management, working with clients to align delivery with business objectives and maintain satisfaction across a growing portfolio.

Harris previously held roles at Juice Academy and Cranmer Education Trust. Her experience spans content creation, campaign delivery and brand communications, and she will support PushON's marketing activity across social media, content and email.

Her remit also includes developing creative assets for internal initiatives and client-facing projects, reflecting the business's focus on sharpening its brand presence in an increasingly competitive eCommerce market.

PushON works with retail brands, providing technical delivery, consultancy and marketing services. Its client roster includes WDS Components and Medline.

The appointments come as agencies serving online retail continue to see demand from businesses looking to update digital sales channels and improve online performance. For specialist firms, that has increased pressure to add staff while maintaining service levels for larger accounts.

Harris said the timing of her move was significant for the business.

"PushON has a strong reputation in the eCommerce space, and it's exciting to be joining at a time of real momentum. I'm looking forward to helping elevate the brand and supporting campaigns that deliver tangible results for both PushON and its clients," said Emily Harris, Marketing Executive, PushON.

Founder Simon Wharton said the appointments are intended to support both client work and the company's market presence.

"PushON has always grown by investing in the right people at the right time. As we continue to scale, maintaining the quality of our client relationships and the strength of our brand is absolutely critical. Emma and Emily both bring complementary skills that support this ambition."

"These appointments ensure we can continue to grow sustainably while delivering the high standards our clients expect. As demand for eCommerce expertise continues to rise, having the right team in place is key to supporting our clients' success," said Wharton.
