NAVEX appoints Joe Stubbs as UK country manager to drive growth
NAVEX has appointed software executive Joe Stubbs as UK Country Manager, strengthening the company's leadership presence in Europe as it pursues further growth in the region.
Stubbs will oversee NAVEX's business in the UK market. His remit includes business growth, strategic planning and localisation of products and services for UK customers.
The role reflects NAVEX's wider expansion across Europe and Asia. The company provides integrated risk and compliance management software to corporate clients.
Extensive SaaS background
Stubbs has 20 years of experience in revenue-focused roles. He has spent more than a decade leading and scaling teams in the software-as-a-service sector.
Before joining NAVEX, Stubbs worked at Cognism, a B2B data provider. He contributed to sustained year-on-year revenue growth and the strengthening of Cognism's go-to-market operations across multiple customer segments.
He previously held senior roles at design software firm Ceros and marketing technology company Adestra. He also worked at the Data & Marketing Association UK, an industry body for data-driven marketing.
NAVEX said the appointment supports its plans for the UK as regulatory and compliance demands evolve for businesses.
"As we kick off 2026, we're thrilled to welcome Joe to NAVEX. His expertise in scaling go-to-market strategies, cultivating coaching-led sales cultures, and driving sustainable growth will help us deliver even greater value to customers worldwide," said Andrew Bates, CEO at NAVEX. "Building on our recent Japan office opening and executive hires across EMEA, Joe will be instrumental in helping us advance our global strategy."
Regional leadership build-out
Stubbs joins NAVEX during a period of leadership expansion in several markets. The company has named Vincent Vacher as Europe North Regional Leader. It has also appointed Oliver Riehl as DACH Country Manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and Nick Mitsuya as Country Manager in Japan.
These appointments follow NAVEX's recent office opening in Japan. The company is increasing its local presence in response to client demand in both Europe and Asia.
NAVEX said its international structure now combines regional and country-level leadership. The company expects this structure to tighten its focus on local markets and regulatory environments.
UK market focus
Stubbs will work with NAVEX teams across functions in the UK. His focus will include commercial strategy, brand awareness and recruitment and development of the UK team.
He will also prioritise engagement with UK corporate customers. NAVEX's software supports organisations that manage regulatory risk, ethics, and compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
Stubbs said he sees an opportunity to expand NAVEX's footprint among UK companies facing increasing regulatory scrutiny and risk exposure.
"I'm delighted to join NAVEX in the new year and look forward to working with the team to deliver industry-leading software to UK companies as I'm passionate about putting customers first, building strategies that scale, and ensuring they have the tools to navigate risk and thrive globally," shared Stubbs. "NAVEX's mission is to help organizations foster ethical, resilient cultures, and that's exactly what drives me."
Rising regulatory complexity
NAVEX reports growing demand for risk and compliance technology in Europe and Asia. Companies in these regions face evolving rules in areas such as data protection, whistleblowing, supply chain oversight and corporate governance.
Yuval Grauer, International EVP and Managing Director at NAVEX, said the company is expanding against this backdrop.
"NAVEX is rapidly expanding its operations in response to growing demand for our solutions across Europe and Asia," adds Yuval Grauer, International EVP and Managing Director at NAVEX. "Joe will partner with cross-functional teams to drive focus, brand awareness, and develop a world-class team in the UK. Evolving regulatory requirements require smart, simple, and connected technologies; as Risk and Compliance complexity grows, NAVEX stands as the trusted partner for organizations worldwide."
Stubbs will now begin work on NAVEX's UK plans for the year ahead, as the company continues to build its regional leadership structure and local market presence.
