Loop acquires Wonderment to enhance Shopify solutions

Loop has announced the acquisition of Wonderment, a customer experience and order tracking platform, to enhance its commerce operations offerings for Shopify merchants.

The acquisition combines Loop's AI-driven insights that turn shipping and returns data into actionable intelligence with Wonderment's tracking product. This merger aims to provide merchants with real-time shipment insights, proactive alerts, and other tools from a single platform while focusing on customer retention and loyalty.
