team.blue has launched a range of products across several software brands, focused on connectors for Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants. The releases cover social media, influencer marketing, eCommerce, booking, compliance and website creation.

The new tools are designed to let small and medium-sized businesses use product data and functions within AI assistants, rather than switching between separate dashboards and applications.

The approach addresses a common problem for European businesses. team.blue's State of European Business 2026 report found that only 25.1% of businesses say their tools are fully or mostly integrated, while nearly 30% describe them as mostly or completely disconnected.

Bilal Ahmed, Chief AI & Data Officer at team.blue, said: "Customers trust our brands with their bookings, their campaign and social media data and their compliance records, so the first question they ask about AI is who stays in control. That is why we have built the connectors with that control in mind, so that an assistant can be useful on real business data, while the decision always rests with the person using it. This way, European small businesses can use AI on their own terms and on infrastructure they already know."

Metricool update

Metricool, the group's social media management platform, has introduced an official connector for Claude and ChatGPT, and launched a product called Flows.

The connector lets users link their Metricool account to either assistant to review scheduled posts and drafts, ask performance questions based on account data, generate insights, and create and schedule content from within the chat interface. It is available to all Metricool users, including those on free plans.

Flows is designed to turn social media engagement into leads and sales through automation. On Instagram, comments, direct messages or Story replies can trigger automatic responses, such as sending a product link when a user comments with a specified keyword. The tool also supports automated comment replies and moderation on TikTok, and reposts on X.

Kolsquare and Shoptet

Kolsquare, which focuses on influencer marketing, has launched a native MCP tool that connects campaign and creator data to Claude, ChatGPT and other compatible assistants.

Users can ask for a campaign recap, check a creator's audience breakdown, compare engagement across campaigns and markets, or benchmark brands they track through listening tools. The system draws on creator data from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other major social networks.

The launch is the first release from the Kolsquare Innovation Lab, an AI team formed earlier this year after the acquisition of Storyclash.

Shoptet, the group's Czech eCommerce platform, has also rolled out its own MCP tool, linking an AI assistant directly to a store's admin area.

Merchants can ask which orders are unpaid or which products are close to running out of stock, with answers based on live store data. The tool also supports actions including changing an order status, recording stock movements, creating coupons, and editing product descriptions or blog posts.

Merchants sign in through OAuth on a Shoptet page, while the assistant does not see account credentials. Store owners also choose which tools the assistant may use.

Bookings and compliance

SimplyBook.me has launched an MCP connector that lets booking businesses manage schedules and settings through AI assistants. It works with Claude, ChatGPT and other compatible tools.

Business owners can ask for the next day's schedule, find open dates, book a client with a named provider, or identify clients with unpaid balances. They can also add services or employees, and change settings from within the connected AI tool.

The assistant can perform only actions already permitted for that account in the admin panel. Access must be approved by the user and can be turned off without changing existing bookings, clients or settings.

Iubenda, which provides privacy and compliance software, has launched a connector for Claude and ChatGPT that lets users scan a site for trackers and third-party services, generate privacy and cookie policies, and configure cookie banners without leaving the conversation.

The connector requires users to sign in and approve access. It also asks for confirmation before finalising a document or deleting anything. The tool is available on all plans, including free tiers.

Macaly Cloud

Macaly, team.blue's website and app creation tool, has launched Macaly Cloud, bringing the service to Claude, ChatGPT and Grok Bot. The product lets users build a website or app by describing what they want in natural language, starting from a prompt, sketch, Instagram page or Google Maps listing.

Since it went live in September, the connector has helped build more than 10,000 websites and apps, with databases and domains already set up. Macaly currently connects 13 of the group's hosting brands.

Macaly now also integrates with Iubenda, allowing users to request a cookie banner during the same conversation in which they build their site.

Across the launches, the common model connects business software to AI assistants using MCP, or Model Context Protocol, an open standard that lets an assistant work with a product's data at the source while leaving approval and access controls with the customer.
