Systal Technology Solutions chosen by Coca-Cola Europacific Partners
Systal Technology Solutions has been selected by Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) as its preferred network services partner across Europe. Under the new agreement, Systal will support over 6,500 devices in 300 locations across 11 European countries, assisting CCEP in its goal to become the world's most digitised bottler.
The partnership is a significant development for the Glasgow-based company, which has been recognised as one of the UK's fastest-growing technology businesses. Since 2018, Systal's revenue has increased from GBP £10.3 million to more than GBP £74.8 million, an increase of 77%. Employee numbers have grown accordingly, from 80 in 2018 to over 1000 today. The company recently opened a new Network Operations Centre in Tampa, Florida, indicating its ambitions for worldwide expansion.
Systal has a history of collaboration with CCEP, having supported the beverage giant over the past six years through a multi-partner agreement. This previous work facilitated the implementation of a new manufacturing system, the rationalisation of its supply chain, and increased product diversification. The new direct partnership aims to provide CCEP with business continuity across its manufacturing and distribution network infrastructure, enabling more rapid and effective delivery of services.
The focus on technology enablement and innovation is central to CCEP's transformation strategy, which includes becoming the world's most digitised bottler. The company's goals range from reducing the environmental impact of its operations to expanding product categories such as coffee and alcohol. CCEP's critical network infrastructure is at the heart of these ambitions.
"We are thrilled to officially go live with our direct service as CCEP's trusted technology services partner," stated Neil Wisbey, CIO at Systal. "Our team's agility and dedication to providing higher value service delivery has been the bedrock of our CCEP partnership over the past six years. We are excited to continue supporting CCEP as they innovate and transform their critical network infrastructure."
Tim Davies, Director of Infrastructure and Network Services at CCEP, echoed Wisbey's positive outlook. "We are excited to partner with Systal, a company known for its expertise in network infrastructure solutions. This contract will significantly enhance our operational efficiency and allow us to better serve our customers and stakeholders."
Systal's recent growth has been marked by consecutive years of strong revenue increases, most recently by a rate of 77%. The company attributes its scaling success to a commitment to quality service delivery. This dedication is further evidenced by its recent inclusion as the only new entrant in Gartner's 2023 Magic Quadrant for Managed Network Services.
