DXC has formed a strategic partnership with ElevenLabs and joined the company's USD $500 million Series D funding round.

Under the agreement, DXC will integrate ElevenLabs' voice AI into its internal operations and customer-facing offerings. The work will span employee tools, customer service systems, and sector-specific products used across DXC's global business.

The move links a large IT services group with a voice AI specialist that has been expanding in Australia and New Zealand. Earlier this year, ElevenLabs said it planned to triple its local team over the next year after entering the market.

DXC will use the technology in service desk operations, training, and knowledge management through AI voice agents and copilots. It also plans to add multilingual voice interfaces to customer service platforms and use the software in application modernisation and orchestration work.

Voice push

Voice-based interfaces have become a more prominent part of the generative AI market as companies look beyond text chat tools and automate a wider range of customer and employee interactions. Large service providers have increasingly turned to specialist AI developers rather than build every model and interface in-house.

For DXC, the deal fits into a broader strategy centred on AI, software as a service, and platform-led products. The partnership supports its FastTrack agenda, which focuses on scaling newer AI tools and related services across industries.

ElevenLabs develops audio models and voice agents, and has drawn attention for synthetic speech tools designed to sound more natural than earlier text-to-speech systems. Its latest fundraising valued it at about USD $11 billion, according to the companies.

The investment creates a closer commercial link between the two groups than a standard reseller or integration arrangement. DXC said its participation in the financing reflected its view of the market for generative voice AI and would strengthen alignment as the companies work together for enterprise customers.

Operational uses

The planned uses span both internal and external functions. Within DXC's own operations, the technology is expected to support staff productivity and workflow automation. In client-facing settings, it is intended to support customer interactions, virtual assistants, and service delivery processes.

Industry-specific deployments are also part of the arrangement. While no customers or sectors were named in the announcement, DXC said the technology would be integrated into its existing offerings to help streamline business processes.

Ben Budde, Revenue Leader at ElevenLabs, outlined the company's view of the partnership in a prepared statement.

"DXC operates at global enterprise scale across some of the world's most complex environments. Partnering with DXC allows us to bring our voice AI technology into mission-critical workflows, unlocking new possibilities for automation, accessibility, and how people work with technology," said Ben Budde, Revenue Leader, ElevenLabs.

Raul Fernandez, President and Chief Executive Officer at DXC, said the company sees voice becoming a more central interface in enterprise systems.

"Voice is becoming a primary interface for how enterprises engage with customers and employees. Our partnership with ElevenLabs allows DXC to move faster in embedding AI into everything we do-from internal operations to the solutions we deliver for clients. This is a key step in accelerating our AI-native products and solutions," Fernandez said.

The companies will also expand their collaboration through DXC's LabX product incubator and its AI Platforms Engine, where they aim to co-develop tools for wider use across DXC's customer base.

DXC operates across managed infrastructure services, application modernisation, and industry software, giving ElevenLabs a route into large enterprise and public sector technology estates. For ElevenLabs, the partnership offers access to a global services channel at a time when voice AI suppliers are looking for ways to move from pilot projects to larger operational deployments.

The deal highlights how the generative AI market is shifting from model development and fundraising toward distribution, workflow integration, and service delivery inside large organisations, with voice emerging as one of the next areas of competition.
