
Amperity names Dawn Lepore Chairman of the Board
Amperity has announced the appointment of Dawn G. Lepore as Chairman of its Board of Directors.
Lepore, who previously held roles as Chief Executive Officer of drugstore.com and Vice Chairman of Charles Schwab, brings extensive experience in technology and retail to her new position. Her career is marked by significant achievements in digital transformation and retail innovation.

Lepore's previous role as Vice Chairman and Chief Information Officer at Charles Schwab saw her play a pivotal role in modernising online trading and developing financial services. At drugstore.com, she served as Board Chair and Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the company's growth until its acquisition by Walgreens in 2011. Her extensive board experience includes leadership positions at organisations such as eBay, Walmart, and AOL.
