Staci to drive Waldencast’s UK & EU fulfilment growth
Fulfilment provider Staci has won a contract with beauty and wellness group Waldencast Brands to handle eCommerce and logistics activity as the brand owner expands across the UK and EU.
Waldencast Brands owns the labels Glaze, Whind and Coats. The deal covers fulfilment work across the group's business-to-business and direct-to-consumer operations.
Operational scope
Staci said it will provide real-time visibility across Waldencast Brands' operations. The service includes dashboards and reporting focused on inventory performance.
The companies said the reporting covers the workflow from goods-in onwards. It includes monitoring both slower- and faster-selling lines. Staci said this approach targets lower stock levels and reduced storage costs.
Staci also said it will work with Waldencast Brands on forecasting for new product launches and one-off promotions. The planning work includes activities tied to TikTok and other social channels. The companies linked the forecasting work to meeting dispatch schedules.
Growth plans
Waldencast Brands described the partnership as part of its expansion across the UK and EU. The group also set out wider ambitions for its portfolio.
The company said the partnership will contribute to plans to build a global platform for beauty and wellness brands. It also highlighted responsible and conscious labels as a focus area.
Ben Adam, Head of Operations at Waldencast Brands, linked the logistics work to operational control as the group scales.
"As Waldencast Brands continues to scale, we needed a partner who could maintain tight control over stock, order despatch, and accuracy, while also contributing practical and creative ideas. Staci has given us confidence that these core operations are in capable hands, while helping us explore innovative approaches."
"The transition has been seamless, and the set-up phase was delivered promptly and efficiently. The first two months since go-live have run smoothly, supported by careful planning on routing and retailer specifications across both our B2B and DTC operations. We look forward to building on this partnership as Staci helps drive the next stage of our growth," said Adam.
Staci footprint
Staci operates nine sites across the UK and has its headquarters in Blackburn. In the UK, it employs more than 500 people and operates 1 million sq. ft of warehousing capacity.
The company provides multichannel logistics services, point-of-sale fulfilment, third-party logistics and warehousing. It works across B2B and B2C logistics, direct-to-consumer and eCommerce.
Wayne Chapman, CEO at Staci, said the agreement will extend the company's work with the beauty and wellness sector as Waldencast Brands targets growth beyond its domestic markets.
"We're excited to partner with Waldencast Brands and support its growth across global markets. At Staci, we bring together expertise and technology to create fulfilment solutions that keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with the Waldencast Brands team, we're committed to delivering precise, innovative, and collaborative support to help their brands thrive," said Chapman.
