Regatta Group extends Nexer partnership for Microsoft Dynamics support

Following a successful five-year, multimillion-pound digital transformation project, The Regatta Group, a global conglomerate of outdoor and workwear clothing brands, has engaged Nexer Enterprise Applications for ongoing post-live support, maintenance, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365. As reported by the company, this move is set to ensure the continued utilisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to its 'fullest extent', with the intention of delivering significant business and operational benefits.

The Regatta Group, including brands such as Regatta, Dare2b, Craghoppers, and Regatta Professional, invested in the overhaul of its IT systems after enhancing its distribution centre and head office. Nexer, tasked with this transformation, facilitated a significant shift in the Group's IT operations through the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 enterprise resource planning (ERP), Business Intelligence systems, and the alignment with Microsoft’s integrated software ecosystem.

After the final stage of this project’s implementation in June 2023, The Regatta Group has chosen to continue its partnership with Nexer via the latter's Care365 service. This custom, people-first approach is designed to deliver post-live support, maintenance, and ultra-streamlined response to evolving operational needs, while leveraging new features to maximise business benefits.

Nexer Enterprise Applications' Managing Director, Colin Crow, reflected on this collaboration: “Implementing new Microsoft systems was a long-term, cooperative effort between Regatta colleagues and the Nexer team, and it’s been great to see this significant business transformation project through to completion. In November 2023, The Regatta Group initiated work with Nexer's Care365 service during the mid-golden quarter - a critical trading peak for the retail world. Bulmer lauded this transition as "seamless", adding: "Having access to 24/7 call out meant we could raise and resolve tickets quickly, limiting disruption during this all-important period."
