OSSM appoints Leslie Cyrus as NetSuite support consultant

OSSM has appointed Leslie Cyrus as NetSuite Senior Support Consultant, adding a UK-based consultant to support its growing customer base in the market.

Cyrus joins the Noledge-owned NetSuite specialist with two decades of experience in enterprise resource planning implementation and service delivery management. In his new role, he will work with customers on ERP projects and ongoing support.

His remit includes working closely with customers to understand their business objectives and align ERP systems with those goals. He will also provide support and guidance to businesses using NetSuite.

Before joining OSSM, Cyrus was a Senior Principal Consultant at NetSuite, where he was responsible for project delivery, technical solution design and consultancy.

Earlier in his career, he worked as a NetSuite Consultant with another NetSuite solution provider and also held industry roles on ERP migration projects.

Cyrus is based in the UK. OSSM operates as a NetSuite solution provider for businesses in the UK and Ireland and is part of The Noledge Group, which also owns Sage partners focused on financial management and ERP systems.

He holds NetSuite accreditations in areas including finance and administration, as well as an AgilePM certification.

The appointment comes as OSSM expands its presence in the UK and adds support for customers adopting or running ERP systems. The role is intended to help the business meet demand from a larger customer base.

In a statement on his appointment, Cyrus outlined his priorities in the new role.

I plan to leverage my deep experience with NetSuite solutions and services to continue to support the company's growing customer base across transformative ERP project deliveries. I will also draw on my broad background working with businesses across a range of sectors in the UK as OSSM continues to expand its presence and grow brand recognition in the market," said Cyrus.

The appointment gives OSSM additional experience in supporting organisations through the implementation and ongoing management of NetSuite environments.

Cyrus will work with customers across different stages of their ERP journeys, from project delivery through to post-implementation support. His experience spans both consulting and direct work with NetSuite, giving him exposure to a range of customer requirements and implementation challenges.

The role will also involve helping customers address operational requirements as their use of ERP systems develops. OSSM's focus on NetSuite services includes implementation, optimisation and ongoing support for businesses using the platform.

Cyrus's background in project delivery is expected to support the company's work with customers undertaking ERP-related changes. His experience in technical solution design will also contribute to the development and delivery of ERP solutions aligned with individual business requirements.

The consultant has worked with organisations across several sectors during his career, giving him experience of different operational and technology environments. OSSM said the appointment forms part of its efforts to strengthen its UK capabilities as demand for NetSuite expertise increases.

The company will continue to focus on helping customers use ERP technology to manage financial and operational processes as their businesses grow.
