Nucleus365 signs white-label payments deal with Paysecure

Wed, 25th Mar 2026

Paysecure and Nucleus365 have signed a white-label payments orchestration deal that will give Nucleus365 access to Paysecure's orchestration suite for its clients.

The arrangement centres on smart routing as part of a broader set of payment tools that Nucleus365 will add to its platform for merchants using its cross-border payments services.

Under the contract, Nucleus365 will offer Paysecure's full orchestration suite as a white-label product. The package includes a smart routing engine, a checkout module called Dynamic Cashier, and systems designed to detect outages and reroute transactions when disruptions occur.

Nucleus365 operates in cross-border business payments, with services spanning foreign exchange and remittance, card issuing, a payment gateway and banking. Adding orchestration technology will sit on top of its existing platform and expand what it can offer merchants through a single integration.

Founded in 2022, Paysecure says its platform connects to more than 500 payment methods, payment service providers and acquirers. Nucleus365 cited that breadth of connectivity, along with tools for real-time reporting, transaction recovery and routing, as factors behind the deal.

Routing focus

The agreement comes as payment companies face pressure from merchants seeking faster checkout processes, lower transaction costs and fewer disruptions, while also managing rising compliance demands across multiple markets.

Smart routing systems direct transactions through different providers or acquiring banks based on factors such as cost, acceptance rates and availability. Paysecure says its routing engine uses artificial intelligence to select transaction paths, while Nucleus365 says the system could cut client costs by as much as 40%.

The white-label structure means the technology will be offered under the Nucleus365 brand rather than sold directly by Paysecure to those clients. That allows Nucleus365 to add new payment infrastructure without building the orchestration layer itself.

For merchants, the main practical effect is likely to be access to more payment connections and a system intended to keep transaction flows running during outages. The setup also supports checkout customisation and segmented payment experiences.

Platform expansion

Nucleus365 serves businesses in sectors including care technology, hospitality, retail, construction, property, travel, fleet, insurance, sports, media and licensed gaming. It aims to deepen its business-to-business payments offering across those verticals while keeping its services within a regulated framework.

The company is authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority as a payment institution. That status may appeal to clients seeking providers that can combine payments, issuing and treasury functions within one regulated structure.

For Paysecure, the partnership extends its reach through a provider that already serves merchants operating across continents and currencies. Nucleus365 expects the deal to support merchant retention and broaden its technology stack without the burden of lengthy integrations.

"We are thrilled to partner with N365 to deliver our orchestration suite as a white-label solution. Our mission is to provide an independent and flexible payment ecosystem that thrives in the most complex and fragmented markets. By integrating our smart routing and AI-driven technology, N365 is empowered to offer its clients a truly future-ready platform that simplifies the entire payments lifecycle," Viktoriia Degtiarova, Co-founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Paysecure, said.

Both companies presented the deal as a response to a more fragmented payments landscape, in which businesses increasingly need to manage multiple providers, currencies and regulatory requirements at once. In that environment, orchestration platforms have become a way to coordinate payment flows without relying on a single processor or acquirer.

"This partnership is a statement of intent. We are building the most comprehensive B2B payments infrastructure in the UK - regulated, intelligent, and globally connected. Paysecure's orchestration technology is a force multiplier for our platform: it gives our clients AI-driven smart routing that cuts costs by up to 40%, real-time failover that eliminates downtime, and access to 500+ payment connections through a single integration. As we scale our business across multiple verticals and co-brand partnerships, this capability becomes a genuine competitive moat. Our vision is clear - to be the platform of choice for businesses that need cross-border payments, card issuing, treasury management and instant settlement under one regulated roof," Stephen Quinn, CEO of Nucleus365, said.
