Sinch wins Adobe partner award for third consecutive year

Sinch has been named the 2025 Adobe Digital Experience Unified Customer Experience Technology Partner of the Year.

This accolade marks the third consecutive year that Sinch has been recognised with an Adobe partner award, highlighting a continuing commitment to advancing digital customer interactions. This recognition underscores the strong partnership between Sinch and Adobe, which commenced in 2019, focused on enhancing real-time, personalised customer interactions.

In 2023, Sinch achieved the status of a Platinum Technology Resell Partner, a designation that allows Adobe to resell Sinch's SMS and MMS solutions as components of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). The award underlines Sinch's role in facilitating seamless, personalised, and scalable customer interactions, made possible through an in-depth integration with Adobe's technologies.

Adobe acknowledges Sinch as a prominent figure in mobile messaging due to its extensive global reach, comprehensive coverage, regional expertise, and emphasis on quality, security, and compliance. Sinch operates in over 60 countries and maintains direct connections with hundreds of mobile operators worldwide. This network capability enables businesses across sectors such as financial services, retail, and healthcare to engage customers effectively across different regions.

Sinch is committed to adhering to regulatory standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA, ensuring that encrypted and compliant customer communications are delivered at scale. This adherence aims to provide secure and reliable communication solutions to its clientele.
