New tool boosts eCommerce personalisation strategies

SALESmanago has introduced its Recommendation Architect tool, aimed at providing personalised recommendations based on customer interactions and preferences.

The tool is designed to assist marketers in crafting highly customised product and content recommendations to bolster engagement, efficiency, and revenue growth. This launch caters to the evolving demands of the eCommerce landscape, following feedback from customers indicating a need for more personalised marketing solutions.

Data from SALESmanago, gathered during Black Friday 2024, highlights the importance of personalisation. The information outlines a 19% increase in engagement across multiple channels and an 11% rise in average order value derived from tailored marketing strategies. The Recommendation Architect intends to influence purchasing decisions and allow for adaptable scenarios aligning with business objectives.

SALESmanago plans to enhance the Recommendation Architect over 2025. Future developments will aim to offer detailed insights into customer behaviour through performance analysis and facilitate greater customisation capabilities, enabling marketers to sort and fine-tune recommendations effectively.
