NAVEX appoints Yuval Grauer to lead EMEA & APJ expansion
NAVEX has named Yuval Grauer as its new International Executive Vice President and Managing Director to lead growth in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
Grauer, who will be based in London, is tasked with overseeing NAVEX's business expansion and extending solutions across high-growth markets in these regions. He will become a member of NAVEX's executive leadership team and report directly to senior management.
His background includes several years at consulting firm McKinsey & Company, in addition to operational roles managing global businesses of various sizes. Grauer holds an MBA from Columbia University in New York, a Master of Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, and is currently pursuing studies in Economics at the Universitat de Barcelona.
Andrew Bates, Chief Executive Officer at NAVEX, commented on the appointment: "We are delighted to have Yuval join our leadership team. His strong strategic leadership skills are an excellent match for NAVEX as we rapidly scale throughout EMEA and APJ regions. He joins NAVEX at a pivotal time of growth, bringing the vision and expertise needed to seamlessly drive international operations to achieve our global strategy."
Grauer also made a statement regarding his appointment: "I am excited to join NAVEX at such an important time for its international business. I look forward to driving strategic expansion across the regions and empowering customers to succeed as they navigate increasingly complex regulatory environments."
NAVEX has placed increasing emphasis on the EMEA and APJ markets as part of its growth strategy. The company has continued to allocate resources to these regions to support long-term commercial objectives. In January, NAVEX marked the opening of its permanent Global Capability Center in Bangalore, India, expanding operational capacity in Asia.
The company currently has a presence across America, Europe, and Asia, serving more than 13,000 organisations worldwide. NAVEX states that it provides services to over 88 million employees internationally focused on risk and compliance management.
NAVEX's stated approach involves ongoing investment in local and global resources to support its customer base, both in existing regions and new markets experiencing regulatory change and business growth. This international strategy, the company says, underpins efforts to drive smart, sustained growth and maintain alignment with evolving compliance requirements.
The appointment of Grauer comes as NAVEX continues to adapt to the needs of multinational enterprises facing increasing regulatory pressures in various jurisdictions. The company's NAVEX One platform aims to support compliance and provide risk management tools. Its stated customer base includes 70 percent of Fortune 100 and 500 companies, and the business continues to focus on obtaining industry benchmark data, facilitating a 360-degree approach to enterprise and ecosystem risk assessment.
