Kerzner Group, the international developer and operator of destination resorts, has launched iKonnect, Unily's new mobile-first experience app. The app is designed for easy use at over 15,000 workplaces, in an attempt to improve internal company communications, especially regarding members staff who don’t typically operate a computer in their day-to-day work.
Unily, the renowned employee experience platform, came up with the iKonnect app to hasten its innovative offerings for workplace communication. The situation at Kerzner, where nearly 70% of its mammoth workforce are frontline workers lacking computer access, presented a substantial challenge to effective internal communication. Unily's new mobile-first app has been built to bridge that gap and enhance employee engagement at all levels.
Paired with dynamic features, such as automatic language translation and a global search tool, iKonnect aims at providing personalised employee experiences, focusing on improving resource accessibility and productivity.
