Ecommpay introduces customisable Payment Page Designer tool

Today

Ecommpay has launched a new Payment Page Designer tool, helping merchants customise their payment pages for improved customer conversion rates.

The Payment Page Designer, a part of Ecommpay's dashboard, offers various customisation options for merchants. This includes the ability to adjust fonts, colours, themes, and more using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and conduct A/B testing to enhance performance and conversion.

Moshe Winegarten, Chief Revenue Officer at Ecommpay, stated, "The demand for greater customisation options within the market has been undeniable, and we're proud to be at the forefront with this innovative tool. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with merchants highlighting how the ability to personalise their payment page delivers significant value. Not only does this feature enable them to create unique, branded experiences quickly and efficiently; it also reduces reliance on technical resources, keeping both ongoing costs and maintenance to a minimum."

CSS functionality enables businesses to create visually appealing and brand-aligned designs, contributing to a more engaging customer experience. By controlling the aesthetics of payment pages, businesses can develop distinct themes and incorporate animations to enrich the checkout process.

A significant aspect of the update is the enriched A/B testing capabilities. This allows merchants to experiment with varying layouts and themes, gathering insights into what appeals most to their customers. By analysing this data, merchants can optimise their checkout page designs, focusing on high-performing aspects that boost conversions and elevate customer satisfaction.

Winegarten added, "At Ecommpay we are committed to making payments accessible for all merchants and their customers. Simplifying personalisation of the payment process is a vital step in the journey towards total financial inclusivity."

This launch closely follows Ecommpay's introduction of Payouts via Hosted Payment Page, enabling merchants to offer payout functions on their sites with minimal investment in development and compliance resources. This feature is part of Ecommpay's strategy to offer diverse integration options to its clientele.
