SNP migrates its SAP systems to Cloud ERP Public with Kyano

SNP is migrating its SAP systems from SAP Cloud ERP Private to SAP Cloud ERP Public Edition and utilising its own Kyano transformation platform in the process.

This transition marks an expanded phase in the ongoing partnership between SNP and SAP SE, both of which have collaborated for years to support client organisations' modernisation of their SAP environments. Their joint initiatives cover transitions such as moves to S/4HANA, the adoption of RISE with SAP programmes, and other cloud migration projects.

SNP has established experience in complex IT and business transformations, particularly within SAP-focused projects. The company has worked with other ecosystem partners, including system integrators and hyperscalers, delivering over 15,000 transformation assignments over a thirty-year period. These projects have included carve-outs, mergers and acquisitions integrations, and digitalisation efforts designed to further efficiency.

According to the company, its Kyano transformation platform - already used in a variety of customer assignments - provides secure, rapid, and compliant data migrations. The current migration to SAP Cloud ERP Public Edition is being implemented using that platform, but this time to support SNP's own internal systems.

SNP is amongst the first group of companies to complete a migration to SAP Cloud ERP Public Edition and is undertaking the process with its own technology.
