CEEK posts 50 percent growth & hires Grace Flusfeder
London marketing agency CEEK has reported 50% year-on-year growth for 2025 and appointed Grace Flusfeder as Head of Social & Creative as it expands its client roster across eCommerce, property and hospitality.
The agency attributed the growth to an operating model it calls "AI-first visibility", focused on how brands are discovered across search engines, social platforms and emerging AI tools. It has moved away from treating SEO, social, influencer marketing and paid media as separate disciplines.
Recent client wins include Papa Salt, the drinks brand co-founded by Margot Robbie; UK online estate agent Purplebricks; beauty brand Morphe; German kitchen maker Nolte Kitchens; Greek hotel operator Grecotel; and Mayfair restaurant Lilibet's.
Shift in discovery
CEEK's positioning reflects a wider shift in digital marketing. Changes in platform algorithms, along with the growing role of AI in search and recommendation, have increased the focus on discoverability and cross-channel measurement. In response, agencies have integrated creative, content and performance services more closely.
CEEK said its approach links data-led performance with social and influencer programmes and paid media, aiming for unified performance across digital touchpoints rather than channel-by-channel optimisation.
Charlie Terry, Founder and CEO, said the way brands plan and assess marketing has changed as distribution increasingly depends on platform systems. "We've seen a real shift in how brands approach marketing," he said.
"The strongest results come when creativity, data, and technology work together seamlessly. Our integrated approach, blending AI-driven insights, social storytelling, paid amplification and influencer marketing, is driving measurable results for clients and setting a new standard for omni-channel excellence," Terry added.
Leadership hire
Flusfeder joins as Head of Social & Creative. The agency said the appointment strengthens its senior leadership across social, creative and performance marketing.
She has nearly a decade of experience, including building teams and structured creative systems. Previously, she worked at Spin Group, where her work received social media award shortlists and industry recognition for creative effectiveness, according to the agency.
Her remit includes developing CEEK's social and content offering. The agency linked the hire to increased demand from brands in eCommerce, property and hospitality.
Flusfeder described the role as part of a broader strategy to adapt to platform change and audience behaviour.
"What excites me most about CEEK is its ambition. This is truly an agency determined to lead in a rapidly evolving marketing landscape. I'm focused on evolving our social and creative offering into a growth engine that drives attention and demand at scale, helping brands earn discoverability, ignite advocacy, and create content audiences genuinely want to engage with," said Grace Flusfeder, Head of Social & Creative, CEEK.
Client Portfolio
The client list highlighted by the agency spans consumer brands, travel and hospitality, and property services.
In spirits, it is working with Papa Salt on UK influencer marketing and digital out-of-home activity. The brand is described as a premium Australian gin founded by five friends, including actor Margot Robbie.
In property, CEEK is supporting Purplebricks across creative strategy, SEO, paid social and CRM optimisation. Purplebricks is one of the more established online estate agency brands in the UK market.
In hospitality, the agency has partnered with chef Ross Shonhan on the launch of Lilibet's, a Mayfair seafood restaurant. Shonhan has previously worked at Nobu, Zuma and Bone Daddies, according to the agency. CEEK is leading social, paid media and SEO activity for the restaurant.
In travel, Grecotel has appointed CEEK to lead a digital strategy transformation across its digital marketing. The agency also cited work for The Lakes by Yoo, a Cotswolds retreat, covering social media and influencer partnerships.
In beauty, it is collaborating with Morphe on a global influencer gifting strategy.
Scale and investment
CEEK was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Soho, London. The agency said it has a team of more than 20 people and is investing in technology, creative leadership and talent development as it scales.
It also referenced an internal methodology called E-Matrix, described as an eight-step structure for planning and executing marketing strategies across channels.
CEEK expects demand to continue from brands seeking a more unified approach across SEO, social platforms, influencer marketing and paid media as discovery and conversion paths become less linear.
