Addepar has appointed Peter O'Brien as Chief Revenue Officer and Janeen France as the company's first Chief Client Officer. The move marks a key leadership update as the company continues to expand its presence in Europe and grow its global client base.
European focus
Peter O'Brien becomes Addepar's first C-suite executive located in Europe. His appointment reflects the company's ambitions to strengthen its footprint in the region and support its international client base. O'Brien will oversee Addepar's global revenue operation, encompassing sales, marketing, partnerships, and market development.
He joined Addepar in New York in 2014 and has since led several business lines, most recently serving as Global Head of Growth and Partnerships. Before joining Addepar, O'Brien worked as an investment banker at Citi, where he advised on IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings.
"Addepar has built strong momentum this year, expanding across key markets and opening new offices in Switzerland and the UAE. We're continuing to focus on scaling with precision-ensuring our growth aligns with client priorities, regional opportunities and our long-term vision. It's a privilege to help extend Addepar's reach and impact as we deliver unmatched value for investment professionals worldwide," said Peter O'Brien, Chief Revenue Officer, Addepar.
Client strategy
Janeen France steps into the newly created role of Chief Client Officer, overseeing global client strategy and all client-facing engagement functions. France joined Addepar nearly six years ago and has played an instrumental role in shaping the company's approach to client experience. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Head of Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations.
France previously led Addepar's global client management and success teams and has experience from roles at HighTower Advisors and J.P. Morgan Private Bank. At Addepar, she is responsible for developing and delivering a client journey underpinned by data, technology and a service-focused culture.
"Our clients are at the center of everything we do. By listening closely and working alongside them, we're able to set our clients up for success from the very first interaction. In addition to providing a positive and streamlined experience, our goal is to help our clients work smarter, deliver greater insight, and drive meaningful results. My focus is on ensuring that every innovation we deliver translates into real, measurable value for the firms and clients who rely on us," said Janeen France, Chief Client Officer, Addepar.
Leadership outlook
The appointments reflect Addepar's efforts to align its leadership team with its expansion strategy. Both O'Brien and France have longstanding tenure at the company and experience managing business growth and platform adoption worldwide.
Addepar currently works with more than 1,200 firms managing client assets in excess of USD $8 trillion across over 50 countries. The company recently expanded its European operations with a new office in Geneva, Switzerland, alongside established offices in London and Edinburgh.
